Company’s Profile
PT. Selaras Prima Digital was established on July 4, 2007 constituting the Indonesian Private company established in Bandung Town by the deed of Notary Public Diana Indrawati Hermawan, S.H. No. 11.‐ while its business lines are General Contractor, Goods & Service Trade holding the Business Operation Permit (SIUPP) issued by the Municipal Industry and Trade Agency Bandung No. 510/3‐0256‐DISINDAG/2007.
For its business unit development and seeing the existing opportunity, it then in 2009 expanded the business unit in General Supplier & Trading sector and focused itself as the supplier of the company’s supporting devices such as Mechanical Electrical, Safety Equipment, Tools ,Lamp , Special Cable & Lifting Gear Wire Rope Sling etc by opening the office at Jl. Bungur Besar 17 No. 7a4. Jakarta Pusat . In line with the time going, by the issue of the Permit from the Ministry of ESDM (Energy and Mineral Resources) Directorate General Oil and Gas / SKT MIGAS No 869 / SKT /Daf/DMT/2009 PT. Selaras Prima Digital expanded to the supplier business in Oil & Gas sector.
The reputation of PT. SPD in Oil & Gas business started by the significant breakthrough namely by building the partnership with PT. Mammoet Ltd domiciled in Singapore
Within such period PT. Selaras Prima Digital (General Supplier & Trading) successfully built the partnership with the National Private and State‐Owned Companies. The partnership started with the granting of trust from PT. Elnusa Tristar Ramba. Ltd. constituting the subsidiary of PERTAMINA. It was marked by the issue several PO (Purchase Orders) from PT. Elnusa Tristar Ramba. to supply Mechanical & Electrical products for the Operational need of PT. Elnusa Tristar of Ramba area, South Sumatra and its surrounding
In the same year PT. Selaras Prima Digital (General Supplier & Trading) again entered into partnership with PT. Gemala Saranaupaya (GSU) located in Jakarta. In such chance PT. Selaras Prima Digital was trusted by such company to supply the consumable needs to support the production and operational activities of PT. Gemala Saranaupaya.
Currently PT. SPD keeps on managing to develop the network and build partnership with many companies. And PT. SPD also continuously builds cooperation with the good qualified sources in Indonesia and International. It is conducted solely to provide satisfaction to its counterparts .
